By accessing or using WAutomator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

WAutomator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform and APIs in accordance with your chosen subscription plan. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes or to send spam
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on WAutomator
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Violate the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms or Meta's policies

3. Official Meta API

WAutomator uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. Your use of the service is subject to Meta's policies and any changes they may make to their API or pricing structure. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Meta.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WAutomator or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WAutomator Inc. is registered.
